Transport of slaughter offals

Blood, feathers and other slaughter offals should be collected and transported rapidly, effectively and hygienically since they are loaded with micro-organisms amongst which many potentially pathogens such as Salmonella, E. coli and Stapylococcus aureus. Collection and transport of these offals should be in closed trucks.

During the slaughter process a lot of waste water is produced. It is important to collect and separate this waste water from the production process rapidly and effective. This water poses high microbiological contamination risks since a lot of feacal material goes into the water. After water treatment effluent water should be low in risk after chemical or biological treatment.
